Call-flow map

See where every call goes, before it comes in.

Every number has a map: blocking, VIP callers and spam screening first, then the schedule, the menu, ring groups, queues and extensions with their forwarding and do-not-disturb, down to voicemail, conference rooms and fax.

The branch a call would take at this moment is highlighted, so you check a change before a customer finds out.

Live in about 10 seconds

Save a menu or a schedule and every phone follows. No restarts, no waiting for tonight.
